Welcome to our online program. We are offering a program that shares how short periods of exercise or bringing the heart-rate up along with education, might be helpful for you.

Instructions for 6 week program.

1. Log into website 2x a week such as Monday and Wednesday (although, you can pick any 2 days that work best for you) and follow along with the short 5-10 minute warm up exercise program. 

2. Once a week watch the short 5-10 minute video assigned.

3. Once a week write down the foods that you ate that you consider healthy and email that to Jessica@lifeinspireproject.com
